What to know
Make room for your own development in Norway. Explore PSYA's attention and state-work materials through reading, recorded courses or live online practice. Use the local planning guide for Oslo and Bergen before choosing your format. Oslo, Bergen, and Tromso represent mainland Norway and use Europe/Oslo with seasonal clock changes. Different daylight lengths in the north do not create a separate time zone. When traveling to Finland, local clocks are currently one hour ahead of Norway; check the specific location's identifier separately for other territories.

Keep learning when your location changes
If you live near a fjord, organize your study day around the full route, including a ferry or coastal road. Travel between Oslo and Bergen needs a separate buffer. In Tromso, fix study and rest by the clock: polar day or night may change familiar daylight cues, not calendar time.

Frequently asked questions
Does Tromso have a different time from Oslo during the midnight sun?
No. Both cities use Europe/Oslo. Daylight duration does not change the meeting time; follow your calendar and maintain a workable rest schedule separately.
How can I check for in-person PSYA study in Norway?
Ask PSYA School about current in-person events, their location and dates. This page helps you compare online learning and local session times; it is not an announcement of a local office or event.
What should I confirm before I pay?
Check the curriculum, prerequisites, teaching language, session dates and time zone, recording access, price and cancellation terms at psyaschool.com. A translated page does not confirm that a course is taught in that language.
