Keep learning when your location changes
If you live on the west coast and travel to Dublin, place your main study block before the trip or on the following day, not between arrival and the return journey. Allow travel time on a Cork–Galway route as well. One time zone helps maintain your rhythm but does not shorten distances between cities.

Frequently asked questions
Should I choose GMT or Europe/Dublin for Dublin?
Choose Europe/Dublin for a local schedule. GMT as a fixed UTC+0 offset does not account for the summer hour; the Dublin zone applies the rules for the date automatically. Letter abbreviations can be ambiguous.
How can I check for in-person PSYA study in Ireland?
Ask PSYA School about current in-person events, their location and dates. This page helps you compare online learning and local session times; it is not an announcement of a local office or event.
What should I confirm before I pay?
Check the curriculum, prerequisites, teaching language, session dates and time zone, recording access, price and cancellation terms at psyaschool.com. A translated page does not confirm that a course is taught in that language.
