What to know
Make room for your own development in France. Explore PSYA's attention and state-work materials through reading, recorded courses or live online practice. Use the local planning guide for Paris and Lyon before choosing your format. Paris, Lyon, and Marseille represent mainland France and use Europe/Paris with seasonal changes. This is not one time zone for French overseas territories. When traveling to Reunion, for example, select Indian/Reunion and convert the meeting for its date; Paris summer time does not automatically apply to the island.

Keep learning when your location changes
For a week split between Paris and southern France, keep the session hour and distribute the workload around travel. Review short notes in transit and do longer exercises after arrival. Following an overseas flight, first reestablish local sleep patterns and move study blocks rather than trying to follow a Paris evening schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Paris time when joining a session from Reunion?
You can keep Paris as the original event zone, but calculate Reunion's local time using Indian/Reunion. The island does not change clocks seasonally, so its difference from Paris changes during the year.
How can I check for in-person PSYA study in France?
Ask PSYA School about current in-person events, their location and dates. This page helps you compare online learning and local session times; it is not an announcement of a local office or event.
What should I confirm before I pay?
Check the curriculum, prerequisites, teaching language, session dates and time zone, recording access, price and cancellation terms at psyaschool.com. A translated page does not confirm that a course is taught in that language.
