What to know
Make room for your own development in Estonia. Explore PSYA's attention and state-work materials through reading, recorded courses or live online practice. Use the local planning guide for Tallinn and Tartu before choosing your format. Tallinn, Tartu, and Parnu use Eastern European time with seasonal changes. A ferry to Helsinki currently creates no time difference from Tallinn, but the crossing and disembarkation need their own window. For a shared meeting with Berlin, Tallinn time is one hour later; use Europe/Tallinn rather than a permanent offset.

Keep learning when your location changes
For a study week with Tallinn–Tartu trips, choose one long block in your home city and brief reviews between journeys. If traveling to Saaremaa, budget separately for the ferry segment. Download permitted material before leaving instead of relying on uninterrupted connectivity during the crossing.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to shift a session by an hour after a Tallinn–Helsinki ferry?
Not currently: Europe/Tallinn and Europe/Helsinki show the same time. Recheck the event date and separately allow time for boarding, the crossing, and travel from the terminal.
How can I check for in-person PSYA study in Estonia?
Ask PSYA School about current in-person events, their location and dates. This page helps you compare online learning and local session times; it is not an announcement of a local office or event.
What should I confirm before I pay?
Check the curriculum, prerequisites, teaching language, session dates and time zone, recording access, price and cancellation terms at psyaschool.com. A translated page does not confirm that a course is taught in that language.
